ABOUT US

Basin Breasties was originally founded in 2021 by local survivor and advocate Darla Fairbanks Stevenson, who created a small circle of support for women in the Uintah Basin facing breast cancer. After Darla passed away from her disease, the group has rallied to keep it alive in her memory.

Our mission is to support women in the Uintah Basin who are living with, through, or beyond breast cancer by providing connection, education, emotional healing, and empowerment. We aim to create in-person support opportunities, wellness programs, and practical resources that address life during and after cancer treatment.

ALISON DUDLEY

Alison Dudley is a survivor of triple-negative breast cancer. She endured 6 months of aggressive intravaneous chemotherapy, Bilateral Mastectomy, reconstruction, and oral chemo. She is a mother of 2 beautiful daughters, and a wife to her best friend for the past 26 years. She owns a photography business where she empowers women to step into their strength and femininity. She loves supporting other cancer survivors and meeting new people.
